Food Business Operators के लिए FSSAI Registration एवं License की पूरी जानकारी
1 April 2026 से FSSAI ने food businesses के लिए revised turnover thresholds लागू किए हैं। Registration की सीमा अब ₹1.5 Crore तक, State License ₹1.5 Crore से ऊपर और ₹50 Crore तक तथा Central License ₹50 Crore से ऊपर है।
🍴 FSSAI Food License क्या है?
FSSAI का पूरा नाम Food Safety and Standards Authority of India है। Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 के अंतर्गत food business operators को applicable FSSAI Registration या License लेना होता है।
आवेदन और संबंधित services के लिए FSSAI का official FoSCoS (Food Safety Compliance System) portal इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।

♾️ FSSAI License Validity
2026 के FSSAI reforms के अनुसार FSSAI Licenses और Registrations को perpetual validity प्रदान की गई है। इसका अर्थ है कि applicable license/registration expiry-based renewal के बजाय तब तक valid रह सकता है जब तक वह suspended, cancelled या surrendered न हो।
