PM Awas Yojana क्या है?
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban 2.0 (PMAY-U 2.0) Government of India की एक housing scheme है।
इसका main purpose eligible urban families को Pucca House / Affordable Housing उपलब्ध कराने में सहायता देना है।
Scheme में house construction, affordable housing, rental housing और home loan interest subsidy जैसे अलग-अलग housing support components शामिल हैं।
PMAY-U 2.0 Eligibility
नीचे सामान्य eligibility points हैं। Final eligibility official verification के बाद तय होती है।
Applicant / family urban area में रहने वाली हो।
Family के किसी member के नाम applicable conditions के अनुसार pucca house नहीं होना चाहिए।
Family income applicable EWS / LIG / MIG category के अनुसार होनी चाहिए।
Scheme की अन्य applicable conditions भी पूरी करनी होंगी।
EWS / LIG / MIG Income Category

PMAY-U 2.0 के 4 Main Components
Different housing needs के लिए scheme में अलग components हैं।
BLC – Beneficiary Led Construction
Eligible beneficiary अपने available land पर Pucca House बनाने के लिए housing assistance प्राप्त कर सकता है, subject to applicable conditions.
AHP – Affordable Housing in Partnership
Government / private partnership में developed affordable housing projects के माध्यम से eligible beneficiaries को housing support दिया जाता है।
ARH – Affordable Rental Housing
Affordable rental accommodation उपलब्ध कराने के लिए rental housing support का provision।
ISS – Interest Subsidy Scheme
Eligible home-loan beneficiaries को applicable scheme conditions के अनुसार housing loan पर interest subsidy का benefit मिल सकता है।
